 City Fest is a family-friendly street festival hosted  by the City of Mount Vernon

 

City Fest  Is one of Westchester’s premier arts & entertainment festivals showcasing world renowned celebrities and local talent in performance, art, dance, music, the spectrum of talent includes, theater, film and sports. City Fest spans over 6 city blocks and includes a “Children’s Lane”; a Pedestrian Mall and  a “Health Pavilion” for attendees to receive free screenings and obtain health and wellness information.

 

City Fest’s past celebrity roster includes, DMX, The Lox, Tasha Lockhart, Monifah, Slick Rick,  Regina Bell, Mr. Vegas, Mike Phillips, Alvin Ailey Dance Repertoire, Tito Puente, Jr., Melba Moore, Carl Thomas, “Mr. Apollo” Billy

Mitchell, Ray, Goodman and Brown , Jelly Kelly, Rock band, Doug E. Fresh and many more.
